TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking, participating in, or riding in any IntoZwild E-Ventures vehicle or tour experience, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participants understand that wildlife tours, vehicle transportation, outdoor recreation, and sightseeing activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, uneven terrain, slips, falls, personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen events.

By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the tour.

 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release, waive, and discharge IntoZwild E-Ventures, its owners, employees, contractors, guides, drivers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, including transportation to and from tour locations.

 3. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Participants acknowledge that IntoZwild E-Ventures is not responsible for providing medical care. In the event of an emergency, participants authorize staff to seek emergency medical assistance on their behalf. Any associated costs shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. ALCOHOL, DRUGS & INTOXICATION

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Guests who are visibly intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or who engage in unsafe conduct may be denied participation or removed from the tour without refund.

Any participant consuming alcohol must do so responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

5. NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking, vaping, tobacco products, marijuana, or any other inhaled substances are prohibited inside the vehicle.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

6. CONDUCT POLICY

Guests are expected to treat fellow participants, wildlife, public lands, and staff with respect.

IntoZwild E-Ventures reserves the right to terminate participation without refund for behavior that is:

• Unsafe
• Harassing
• Violent
• Threatening
• Disruptive
• Illegal
• Damaging to property or wildlife

7. WILDLIFE VIEWING DISCLAIMER

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Animal behavior is unpredictable, and tour routes may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, park regulations, wildlife activity, or safety concerns.

8. PROPERTY DAMAGE

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, equipment, or property resulting from intentional misconduct, negligence, or violation of these terms.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

IntoZwild E-Ventures reserves the right to capture photographs and video during tours for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes.

​By participating, guests grant permission for their likeness to appear in such materials without compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.

​

10. FREE TOURS, GIVEAWAYS & PROMOTIONAL RIDES

These terms and conditions apply equally to all complimentary tours, giveaway prizes, influencer promotions, donated experiences, discounted tours, and gifted rides.

Acceptance of any free or promotional tour constitutes acceptance of all terms, waivers, and policies contained herein.

11. MARKETING IMAGES DISCLAIMER

Images, videos, and promotional materials used by IntoZwild E-Ventures are intended for marketing and illustrative purposes only.

Depictions of activities, beverages, wildlife encounters, or experiences are not intended to encourage unsafe behavior, substance abuse, or unlawful conduct.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and/or the State of Idaho, depending on the location where services are provided.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking or participating in an IntoZwild E-Ventures tour, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights and assume responsibility for my participation.
